Abstract:
The analysis of workforce in the regions has recently become an urgent issue. Migration of the population, especially from the regions to the central part, is caused by the lack of decent jobs. Also, many young people prefer to be educated in the leading universities of the country and after that they do not return to the place they left. Thus, the article analyzes the population movement and options to attract funding through education.
