Abstract:
The article discusses the present state of agricultural insurance market in the Russian Federation. The problems of agricultural insurance with state support in Russia have been discussed in the context of the Federal Law No. 260-fz dated 25.07.2011 “On the state support in the sphere of agricultural insurance and on the introduction of changes in the federal law “On agricultural development”. Respectively, the author has analyzed the specified set of problems and identified the directions for improvement of the legal basis of state support at agricultural producers insurance that call for attention in the first place.
