Abstract:
The article examines the theoretical aspects of the formation and development of space logistics as a new, rapidly developing industry. The article analyzes the key issues of the process of cargo delivery to space, starting with the need for effective organization of cargo delivery to space and ending with its strategic importance for future space missions. The article examines the characteristics, problems, and prospects of space logistics, including the unique technological challenges associated with the extreme conditions of space, limited resources, high reliability and safety requirements, and the increasing commercialization of space services. The extended stages of cargo launch into orbit and subsequent work in space are described, and different scenarios for the use of space logistics based on industry segmentation are considered.
