Abstract:
The work is devoted to the characterization of the theoretical and methodological foundations and the practice of implementing industrial policy as a key mechanism for achieving technological sovereignty - an essential feature of the emerging model of a limited open economy of a sovereign type in Russia. To this end, in the first section of this work, the issues of theoretical and methodological foundations of industrial policy are considered, the current state and directions of development of its main elements are characterized. The second section of this work is devoted to the study of the formation of a limited open economy of the sovereign type – a new model of the domestic economy from the point of view of its involvement in world economic relations. To this end, the author's methodology of comparative analysis of the studied three models of the domestic economy in terms of the specifics of their integration into the world economy is implemented. The third section of the paper is devoted to theoretical issues of technological sovereignty and coverage of practical steps implemented by the leadership of our country to achieve it.
