Abstract:
The paper presents a study of the relationship between world and domestic energy prices in the context of ensuring the socio-economic security of Russia. It concluded that the main objectives of energy policy should be to stop indexing gas and electricity prices and tariffs for the population and industrial consumers of Russia and to restrain the growth of prices for oil and oil products on the domestic by market methods.
