Abstract:
The article explores the mechanism of strategic planning as a tool for substantiating decisions to prevent existing and predicted risks and threats to Russia's economic security. Conclusion: for the formation of the integrity of the system. Strategic planning it is necessary to pay attention to the fact that the regional level (strategic planning system) has many questions and problems. The solution of such issues in the future will allow us to build a full-fledged closed analytical system for the analysis and assessment of risks and threats to economic security.
