Abstract:
The article is devoted to the complex development of the innovation cluster in Moscow and information support for the functioning of the ecosystem and specific characteristics that contribute to the success of the cluster. It is proved that stimulating innovations, effective use of university resources (ideas, talents), supporting infrastructure, culture of risk-taking, venture capital investments, and open access to the production capacity exchange are catalysts for economic development in Moscow. The experience of implementing the US Silicon valley inter-industry cluster is studied in the article. An assessment of the effectiveness and the possibility of the similar concept implementation for the Moscow innovation cluster is given.
