Abstract:
The article discusses the process of monitoring threat-forming factors in the field of combating economic crime in the aspect of economic security. It concluded that the following monitoring process algorithm needed: criminological analysis of the operational situation (information for this analysis can be obtained on the websites of territorial administrations and industry departments); economic and legal analysis of economic activity; monitoring the state of economic security. As a result, the main task is to identify threat-forming factors, to identify and neutralize threats to economic security in connection with progressive economic crimes.
