Abstract:
The article discusses the relevant documents on the formation of regional strategies and forms of managerial influence involving the clustering of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra economy; are given the analysis results of the reflection in the regulatory documents of the national and regional levels of patterns of clustering processes development, the necessary conditions for their formation and management. Evolutionary changes and contradictions in the management of regional economic clustering processes are highlighted
