Abstract:
In modern conditions of development of domestic economic science, it is possible to note the increased attention of economists to the resource support of various enterprises and industries as a whole. This is due to the fact that in many respects the development of a particular industry is determined by the effectiveness of resource support for the activities of enterprises in this industry. The general problems of resource support of research and production activities in the article are considered on the example of domestic enterprises of the rocket and space industry. The significance of the rocket and space industry, which is recognized as one of the main components of Russia's defense potential, for the effective development of the Russian economy, including the innovative development of the domestic industry, is indisputable. The presence of innovative potential in the development of the domestic rocket and space industry also has a huge impact on the defense capabilities of our country. At present, it is possible to note the knowledge-intensiveness of production processes and the high-tech production (completed work) in the rocket and space industry. In the presented materials, some aspects of the resource provision of research and production activities of enterprises of the rocket and space industry are considered, in particular, factors of the external and internal environment that affect the resource provision of modern knowledge-intensive and high-tech enterprises are identified. A model of organizational and economic interaction of the processes of using the structural components of the resource provision of research and production activities of enterprises of the rocket and space industry has been proposed, and an algorithm has been developed for the formation of the resource provision of research and production activities. The article reflects the author's position regarding the priority problems of resource support of research and production activities of enterprises of the rocket and space industry (taking into account information that is not confidential and can be published in open sources), which require an immediate solution, which can serve as an impetus to solve other existing problems
