Abstract:
Purpose: to explore the basic conditions for the formation of agricultural credit cooperation. Materials and methods: the methodological basis of this article is to study the conditions for the formation of an agricultural credit cooperation system based on the study of the practical experience of the Lipetsk region in the development of agricultural cooperatives. Results: this article presents the organizational and financial conditions for the formation of agricultural credit cooperation. The experience of the development of agricultural cooperation in the Lipetsk region has been studied. Conclusions: purposeful work on the development of cooperation is a key activity of the authorities. The development of cooperation allows the rural population to be involved in economic activities. And most importantly, it has a positive effect on the development of the entire branch of agriculture. The importance of the agrarian sector at the present stage cannot be overestimated; at present it acts as one of the most important spheres of the economy, contributing to the development of the welfare of the entire state and all its citizens in particular. The development of the agricultural sector contributes to the provision of essential food for the population, which is especially important in the context of economic sanctions and counter sanctions. An important factor in the development of entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector is the availability of available financial resources, which is especially important because of the specifics of these enterprises, which is characterized by a long production cycle, as well as the need for a large amount of working capital. Therefore, it is necessary to develop effective mechanisms for crediting and providing financial resources for these enterprises.
