Conclusions: at the moment, the improvement of the quality management system of services in any enterprise is the key to its successful economic development and the basis for the competitiveness of goods produced or services provided. The reform has given rise to the fact that in various countries (Eastern Europe and the CIS) there is an acute problem of certification of the quality of products (services). This problem ultimately led to a decline in demand for the services of enterprises operating in the domestic market, as a result of which there was intense competition between enterprises. However, the position of Russian enterprises was initially losing due to the poor quality of the services provided. The findings and research results can be used in the further development of optimization of service quality management systems.
