Abstract:
The article deals with the problem of reindustrialization, which is one of the most important in the economic development of the Kyrgyz Republic. Reindustrialization cannot be carried out by reanimating the devastated enterprises without taking into account the political events that have occurred over the past 25 years, and the achievements of science and technology over the same period. The national innovation system of the Kyrgyz Republic, which, acting effectively, can determine the current level of labor productivity in the Republic and in the regions and contribute to the development of the general direction of the economy, can contribute to the rise of the domestic economy. New enterprises in accordance with the program of economic recovery of the Republic should strive for the world level of development of similar enterprises in the industry. The program of the creation of new enterprises must be part of the program of reindustrialization of the industry of the Eurasian economic union.
