Abstract:
The article presents a review of the practice of application of blockchain technology in digitalization of logistics and supply chain management of leading countries and companies. We consider the main world trends in this field. We reveal the essence of blockchain technology, practice and prospects for its application in various fields of activity. We give examples of the application of blockchain technology by advanced companies, in particular, in retail trade. We show that today the integration of key business processes in supply chains requires adequate information support, which can be provided through blockchain technology, which also ensures transparency and traceability of relevant information.
