Abstract:
The article examines the issues discussed by majority of economists of human capital which is now considered as one of the most important sources of endogenous long-term economic growth. At the present stage we stress that experience, skills and health are the main elements of human capital. The analysis confirms that the human development has recently become one of the main factors in the new growth models and development of national economic systems. According to this, there is a need to assess the impact of human capital on the rates of economic growth of the country and on the level of its socio-economic development.
