Abstract:
The article reviews the mechanism of the state and private partnership as the condition for the effective development of the radio-electronic industry as the innovative and high-tech industry. The characteristic of the model for the joint participance of the state and the private business in funding of high-tech, innovative projects is given within the context of the relevance of implementation of this type of partnership for the Russian radio-electronic industry at the modern stage of its development. The set of conditions for readiness of the private capital to the participance in investing of innovative industries and the role of the state for formation of the environment for activation of such financial flows are reviewed.
