Abstract:
The article discusses cultural values that create entrepreneurial spirit in a company and support the autonomy of its subdivisions, which allows to gain productivity of its employees and the general effect in the development of the Russian entrepreneurship. The author analyzes functional fields of corporate culture, cultural aspects of enterprises, positive features of business culture, philosophy and ideology of corporations which is expressed in the form of their concepts or strategies. The principles of corporate cultural management are studied.
