Abstract:
The infocommunication technologies as a component of the high-tech enterprise digital transformation strategy are considered in the monograph. The issues of increasing the level of information management for improving the business processes of a high-tech enterprise are considered. The principles of building a decision support system for reengineering business processes are given. Practical aspects of business process reengineering application in creating high-tech production are considered.
The monograph is of scientific and practical interest for managers of enterprises and research and production companies, specialists in the informatization, organization and management of innovative business, students of management training programs, «Master of Business Administration, MBA» and «Doctor of Business Administration, DBA», students and postgraduates of engineering specialities.
