Interrelation of Russian exports structure with problems of efficiency of management on industrial enterprises

Abstract:
In the process of formation of market conditions in Russia and the entrance of domestic enterprises into the world economic system, there is an issue of their competitiveness in foreign markets. And tajing into the account the decline in exports of non-oil products in recent years, there is a vital question – how and with what solutions to conquer new markets (or, at least, in the near future to keep the existing ones) in the conditions of tough competition with foreign corporations. The solution to this question will depend not only the success of businesses, but whole industries and, to a certain extent, the prosperity of the state as a whole. The article reveals the problem related to the dependence structure of export of the effectiveness of management of industrial enterprises. The authors analyzed the situation for the last 15-20 years in the field of transfer of Western companies ' production in their countries and in other low-cost regions of the world from China and other countries in which the Corporation has invested in previous periods. They identified and statistically justified dependence of Russian export, as well as economy of fuel and energy products and world oil prices. The dynamics of the competitiveness of the exported goods produced by Russian enterprises in non-primary sector. Authors identified and justified the growing dependence of domestic economy on import of machinery, equipment and vehicles (especially tractors and trucks). With the aim of increasing the competitiveness of domestic enterprises the conceptual scheme of introducing products to foreign markets is made, allowing manufacturing companies to improve export performance and economic activity in General, due to better implementation of the current strategic tools.
