Abstract:
The article presents the results of the analysis of the reflection in the regulatory documents of the national and regional levels of the spectrum of patterns of development of clustering processes, the necessary conditions for their formation and management. Mainly, the initial stages of the formation of regional strategies and forms of managerial influence, involving the clustering of the regional economy, are considered. Evolutionary changes in the regulatory documents of the national and regional levels will be considered in subsequent works
