Abstract:
Purpose: on the basis of the analysis of literary sources, as well as international development experience to study the strategic aspects of the use of artificial intelligence in the agricultural sector, as well as to explore its future application in modern programs of agricultural development. Materials and methods: the methodological basis of this article is literary sources on the development of artificial intelligence, as well as open analytical materials on the use of artificial intelligence in modern methodologies for managing and developing the agro-industrial complex. In this article, applied methods such as analysis and synthesis, systematization and comparison. Results: this article defines the essence of artificial intelligence, as well as its use in modern programs of development of the agro-industrial complex, as well as the prospects for its further development. Conclusions: the realities of today are such that electronics is rapidly improving, and it is likely that the pace of its progress will not decrease for another half to two decades. However, most likely they will not remain unchanged for centuries. The development of technology takes place in spurts. So, for example, from the 1910s to the 1960s for the development of new aircraft was assigned to sometimes a few months, otherwise the machine was obsolete even before birth. And today, many aircraft designed in the 1950s, are still produced. At the cost of Titanic efforts every 5–10 years create new models that are slightly safer, a little more economical, slightly more comfortable, but at times more expensive than the previous ones. Progress has not stopped, but the pace has slowed to normal. At some point, the product begins to meet the purpose so well that it is difficult to improve it, and it is not necessary. Today, artificial intelligence and machine learning has been applied in almost all spheres of human activity. From the banal technology of the background blur in photos prior to analysis by supercomputers genetic predisposition to a serious medical illness. Machines replaced people at machine tools and on arable land, but this did not cause mass unemployment. Freed from physical labor masses were absorbed by the spheres of management and service. Civilization entered the post-industrial stage, and suddenly it became clear that production as such was not a problem at all. The release of any product in any quantity at any time to organize in any point of China. Conceptually, the process of artificial intelligence in agriculture is not much different from its work in industry. The same control and care, only in this case for useful plants – fruits and vegetables. Monitoring of humidity, nutrients in the soil, detection of disease or pests attacking the photographs will allow the most competent to spend different kinds of resources, e.g. fertilizer, pesticides, herbicides. So in the near future, when the use of smart assistants in most areas will become the standard, in addition to good medicines and quality medicine, we are waiting for more delicious and healthy food. The aim of modern society is a generalized AI (artificial intelligence), which many researchers devote their careers today. The OIA doesn't have to have some kind of consciousness, but it has to cope with any data-related task that we put before it. However, every time we discuss AI, two problems always arise: how will it affect humanity, and how do we treat it?
Application: the findings and results of the study can be used in the further study of artificial intelligence in the field of agriculture, as well as its future application.
