Abstract:
We can present the development of a regional innovation subsystem (RIsS) in the form of a big innovation project. Efficiency assessment of RIsS' development seems to be a complex multidimensional task. The authors suggest 4 steps of the assessment of RIsS: 1) predictive assessment of RIsS' development (without introducing changes); 2) assessment the scenario of RIsS development; 3) complex assessment of RIsS' development level with the implementation of changes in the selected scenario at the same time; 4) efficiency assessment of RIsS’ development as a complex multidimensional category consisting of various effects. This assessment method was approved by the authors on the case of Vladimir region.
