The article examines the specifics of integrating reunited regions into the unified economic, legal, and social space of the Russian Federation. The article aims to develop a comprehensive three‑level integration model that combines spatial planning, institutional adaptation, and fiscal and regulatory tools. The methodological basis consists of systems, comparative, and structural‑functional analysis. Classical, modern, and applied theories of integration are summarized, and their limitations in relation to post‑conflict territories are identified. The distinctive specifics of the integration of the reunified regions have been identified: priority given to infrastructure restoration, the temporary nature of regulatory preferences, the parallel nature of the stages, and the increased role of the security factor. The article proposes a roadmap, including formal‑legal, adaptation and recovery, socio‑economic stages, and a stage of cultural and civilizational self‑identification. It is substantiated that the combined approach makes it possible to transform regions from recipients of support into full‑fledged participants in the national economy. The research results can be used in shaping the integration policy for new constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

Статья посвящена исследованию особенностей интеграции воссоединенных регионов в единое экономико-правовое и социальное пространство Российской Федерации. Цель работы – разработка комплексной трехуровневой модели интеграции, сочетающей пространственное планирование, институциональную адаптацию и фискально-регуляторные инструменты. Методологическую основу составляют системный, сравнительный и структурно-функциональный анализ. Обобщены классические, современные и прикладные теории интеграции, выявлены их ограничения применительно к постконфликтным территориям. Определены отличительные черты интеграции воссоединенных регионов: приоритет инфраструктурного восстановления, временный характер регуляторных преференций, параллельность этапов и повышенная роль фактора безопасности. Предложена дорожная карта, включающая формально-правовой, адаптационно-восстановительный, социально-экономический этапы и этап культурно-цивилизационной самоидентификации. Обосновано, что комбинированный подход позволяет перевести регионы из статуса получателей поддержки в полноправных участников национальной экономики. Результаты могут быть использованы при формировании интеграционной политики новых субъектов Российской Федерации
