The problem of economic dynamics is one of the main problems in the modern system of global economic relations, for which the third decade of the 21st century has become a period of slowdown in GDP growth. The author suggests going beyond mainstream theories of economic growth and turning to the provisions of alternative concepts that allow to assess development not only on the basis of GDP growth but also using other indicators, including assessments of the happiness of the population of certain countries. The creative nature of human activity, imbued with meaning, forms a new approach to sustainable economic growth, representing a rejection of the previous dogmatic imperatives of capitalism. The orange economy and the purpose economy have the potential to become a new driving force for global development, while also leveling the playing field for both the Global West and the Global South, which is particularly important for the Russian Federation.
Проблема экономической динамики является одной из главных в современной системе мирохозяйственных связей, для которой третье десятилетие XXI века стало периодом замедления роста ВВП. Автор предлагает выйти за рамки традиционных, мейнстримовских теорий экономического роста и обратиться к положениям альтернативных концепций, позволяющих оценить развитие не только на основе прироста ВВП, но и по иным показателям, включая оценки счастья населения тех или иных стран. Креативный характер деятельности человечества, обличенный смыслами, формирует новый подход к устойчивому экономическому росту, представляющий отказ от прежних догматических императивов капитализма. Оранжевая экономика и экономика смысла способны стать новой движущей силой глобального развития, при этом уравнивая шансы на успех и у стран Глобального Запада, и у государств Глобального Юга, что имеет особое значение для Российской Федерации
