<abstract xml:lang="en">
The relevance of developing management systems for the digitalization of organizations is due to both insufficient theoretical study of management paradigms in a digital society and the need to develop applied digital management tools. The article aims to develop principles and methods for managing the digitalization of an organization based on the concept of econometrics. The concept of econometrics precisely describes the dynamics of the development of institutions of interaction between economic agents and society through digital technologies.

The article develops the principles of econometric management of an organization's digitalization, including the principles of management: rules for building institutions that describe the specification of resource use; hierarchy of functional content of established norms; transaction costs for the use of institutions; and development of institutional support. The article proposes the methods of econometric management of an organization's digitalization, consisting of the following methods: developing adaptive strategies; forming data-driven strategies; using digital platforms and integrating digital systems; automating routine operations; systematizing resource management; and using predictive analytics with appropriate institutional support.

<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">
