The article examines the transformation of approaches to ensuring economic security under the influence of digitalization processes. Based on a synthesis of neoclassical, institutional, network, and proactive approaches, the author develops a conceptualization of the trust ecosystem as an integrative component of the modern economic security architecture. A comparative analysis of the global models of the United States, China, and the European Union, as well as the strategies of small states (Switzerland, Estonia) and developing economies (Vietnam, Bhutan) is conducted. Invariant elements of successful economic security strategies are identified. They are: institutionalization of a risk-oriented approach, prioritization of human capital, and diversification of infrastructural dependencies. The thesis is substantiated that the global landscape of economic security is transforming into a multi-contour system, where technological leadership, regulatory power, and the ability to form trust ecosystems emerge as the determining factors of national resilience.
В статье исследуется трансформация подходов к обеспечению экономической безопасности под влиянием процессов цифровизации. На основе синтеза неоклассического, институционального, сетевого и проактивного подходов автором разработана концептуализация экосистемы доверия как интегративного компонента современной архитектуры экономической безопасности. Проведён компаративный анализ глобальных моделей США, Китая и Европейского союза, а также стратегий малых государств (Швейцария, Эстония) и развивающихся экономик (Вьетнам, Бутан). Выявлены инвариантные элементы успешных стратегий обеспечения экономической безпасности: институционализация риск-ориентированного подхода, приоритизация человеческого капитала и диверсификация инфраструктурных зависимостей. Обоснован тезис о трансформации глобального ландшафта экономической безопасности в многоконтурную систему, где определяющими факторами национальной устойчивости выступают технологическое лидерство, регуляторная власть и способность формировать экосистемы доверия
