Modern agro-industrial clusters are complex ecosystems where the concentration of agricultural enterprises, research organizations, and development institutions creates unique conditions for the accelerated dissemination of technological innovations and the improvement of marketing practices. The aim of this study is to identify patterns in the development of marketing competencies among agro-industrial processing enterprises and the factors accelerating the diffusion of technological innovations in the field of deep processing, operating within agro-industrial clusters with active government support for innovation. The studyrsquo;s results demonstrate that the proximity of raw material producers and processing enterprises within a cluster catalyzes knowledge exchange. Government support measures through subsidies for the creation of processing facilities, preferential lending, and the creation of infrastructure facilities facilitate the accelerated diffusion of digital technologies for deep processing of raw materials and production automation. The study identifies patterns in the dissemination of technological innovations depending on the type of agro-industrial cluster organization, the degree of vertical integration between raw material producers and processors, and the level of digitalization of business processes in the agro-industrial complex.
Современные агропромышленные кластеры представляют собой сложные экосистемы, где концентрация предприятий АПК, научно-исследовательских организаций и институтов развития создает уникальные условия для ускоренного распространения технологических инноваций и совершенствования маркетинговых практик. Цель исследования заключается в выявлении закономерностей формирования маркетинговых компетенций перерабатывающих предприятий АПК и факторов, ускоряющих диффузию технологических инноваций в сфере глубокой переработки, функционирующих в рамках агропромышленных кластеров при активной государственной поддержке инновационной деятельности. Результаты исследования показывают, что территориальная близость производителей сырья и перерабатывающих предприятий в рамках кластера катализирует обмен знаниями. Государственные меры поддержки через субсидирование создания объектов переработки, льготное кредитование и создание инфраструктурных объектов обеспечивают ускоренную диффузию цифровых технологий глубокой переработки сырья и автоматизации производства. Выявлены особенности распространения технологических нововведений в зависимости от типа агропромышленной кластерной организации, степени развития вертикальной интеграции производителей сырья и переработчиков, уровня цифровизации бизнес-процессов в АПК.
