This article presents the results of an analysis of the development of land ownership relations. The assessment of the current state of land relations in the field of agricultural production is given, the characteristics of the existing relationship between various forms of land ownership and land use are determined. The expediency and ways of changing this ratio have been established in order to more effectively use and preserve the land potential of the agro-industrial complex of the country.
В статье представлены результаты анализа процессов развития отношений собственности на землю. Дана оценка современного состояния земельных отношений в сфере сельскохозяйственного производства, определены характеристики сложившегося соотношения различных форм землевладения и землепользования. Установлены целесообразность и пути изменения этого соотношения в целях более эффективного использования и сохранения земельного потенциала агропромышленного комплекса страны.
