The article is devoted to the problems of the methodology of accounting and cost calculation of customer-supplied raw materials at elevators and grain receiving enterprises. In many cases, these issues are resolved on the basis of professional judgments, which in many cases deviate from the organizational and methodological foundations formed on the basis of organizational prerequisites and requirements of users of financial statements. The methodology proposed by the authors can be successfully used in practice. The article is intended for students, postgraduates, teachers of accounting disciplines, as well as practitioners.
Статья посвящена вопросам методологии бухгалтерского учета и калькуляции себестоимости давальческого сырья на элеваторах и хлебоприемных предприятиях. Эти вопросы во многих случаях решаются на основе профессиональных суждений, которые зачастую отходят от организационных и методологических основ, формирующихся на базе организационных предпосылок и требований пользователей бухгалтерской отчетности.
