In September 2025, Russian President Vladimir Putin noted that the per capita consumption of products from aquatic biological resources in Russia (23.5 kg) was lagging behind that recommended by the Ministry of Health (28 kg). As part of the study, an analysis was carried out that included an assessment of global consumption of aquatic biological resources and the impact of key macroeconomic indicators - the dynamics of the key interest rate, inflation and the US dollar exchange rate - on the financial results of enterprises. Based on the data, a diagnosis of net profit and return on equity was carried out, which made it possible to identify systemic risks for the subjects of the fishing industry in the Murmansk region. A set of recommendations has been developed aimed at minimizing the identified threats and increasing the financial stability of companies, which together forms the basis for the sustainable development of the industry.
В сентябре 2025 года Президентом РФ В.В. Путиным было отмечено, отставание душевого потребления продукции из водных биоресурсов (ВБР) в России от рекомендованной Минздравом России. В рамках исследования был осуществлен анализ, включивший оценку мирового потребления ВБР и влияния ключевых макроэкономических индикаторов - динамики ключевой ставки, инфляции и курса доллара США - на финансовые результаты предприятий. На основе данных проведен анализ чистой прибыли и рентабельности собственного капитала, что позволило идентифицировать системные риски для субъектов рыбопромышленного комплекса Мурманской области. Разработан комплекс рекомендаций, нацеленных на минимизацию выявленных угроз и повышение финансовой устойчивости компаний, что в совокупности формирует основу для устойчивого развития отрасли.
