Sugar beet is the main raw material for the domestic sugar industry and is one of the crops most responsive to mineral nutrition. This gives special economic importance to the business process of Fertilization in sugar beet production. The article discusses the problematic aspects of planning this business process.: identification of the relationship between the amount of nutrients applied and the productivity of sugar beet crops; the technique of economic assessment of the business process; the dependence of the content of the business process on the nature of the interaction between the beet-growing organization and the sugar factory. The proposals on the organization of applied scientific research to identify the relationship between the amount of nutrients introduced and the productivity of sugar beet crops in beet-growing organizations of sugar companies are substantiated.
Сахарная свекла служит основным сырьем для отечественной сахарной промышленности и является одной из культур, наиболее отзывчивых на минеральное питание. Это придает особое экономическое значение бизнес-процессу Внесение удобрений в свеклосахарном производстве. В статье рассмотрены проблемные аспекты планирования данного бизнес-процесса: выявление соотношения между количеством вносимых питательных веществ и продуктивностью посевов сахарной свеклы; техника экономической оценки бизнес-процесса; зависимость содержания бизнес-процесса от характера взаимодействия свеклосеющей организации и сахарного завода. Обоснованы предложения по организации прикладных научно-исследовательских работ по выявлению соотношения между количеством вносимых питательных веществ и продуктивностью посевов сахарной свеклы в свеклосеющих организациях сахарных компаний.
