The sugar beet sub-complex of the agro-industrial complex of the Kursk region is one of the most important elements of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation, since the Kursk region has been consistently among the TOP-10 most active sugar beet-growing and sugar beet-processing regions of the Russian Federation for a long period of time. In order to improve the efficiency of its functioning, it is necessary to take into account the influence of the functional synergistic effect within the sub-complex. To solve this problem, the structure of the modern sugar beet sub-complex of the regional agro-industrial complex is studied, the blocks that have the greatest impact on the efficiency of the sugar beet sub-complex are identified and the directions for its improvement are determined. The analysis of the practice of organizing production processes is given, taking into account functional synergy in the form of integration into large holding systems. The study considered the dynamics of the performance indicators of sugar beet farms and sugar factories in the period from 2020 to 2023. Based on the results of the study, a conclusion is made regarding the role of functional synergy within the subcomplex and the impact of the price disparity phenomenon on it, and a number of measures are proposed to improve the economic efficiency of the sugar beet subcomplex, taking into account the industry regional experience of functional synergy.
Свеклосахарный подкомплекс АПК Курской области является одним из наиболее важных элементов АПК РФ, так как Курская область на протяжении длительного периода времени стабильно входит в ТОП-10 наиболее активных свеклосеющих и свеклоперерабатывающих регионов РФ. Для того чтобы повысить его эффективность, необходимо учесть влияние на него функционального синергетического эффекта внутри подкомплекса. Для решения этой задачи исследована структура современного свеклосахарного подкомплекса регионального АПК, выявлены блоки, максимально влияющие на эффективность функционирования свеклосахарного подкомплекса и определены направления ее повышения Дан анализ практики организации производственных процессов с учетом функциональной синергии в форме объединения в крупные холдинговые системы. В ходе исследования рассмотрена динамика показателей деятельности свекловодческих хозяйств и сахарных заводов в период с 2020 по 2023 год. Делается вывод относительно роли функциональной синергии в рамках свеклосахарного подкомплекса и влиянии на него диспаритета цен, а также предлагается ряд мер для повышения экономической эффективности подкомплекса с учетом отраслевого регионального опыта функциональной синергии.
