The article examines the behavioral aspects of managerial decision-making in the digital environment. The aim of the study is to comprehensively quantify how the level of digitalization of management and the quality of decision support system interfaces are related to the frequency of cognitive distortions, accuracy, speed and economic results of management decisions. The empirical base consisted of data from 20 agricultural enterprises with different levels of digitalization for 2018-2024, for which indicators of profit dynamics, the speed of managerial reactions, the number of erroneous decisions and the integral index of management cognitive distortions were calculated; additionally, a laboratory experiment was conducted with the participation of 30 specialists randomly distributed between traditional and optimized interfaces of the decision support system, as well as a pilot implementation improved interfaces and distortion reduction programs at a number of enterprises. Methods of comparative and correlation analysis, Studentrsquo;s t-test for independent samples, regression modeling of the impact of the cognitive distortion index and digitalization indicators on profitability and profit growth were used. The results showed that enterprises with a high level of digitalization demonstrate higher average annual profit growth, shorter decision cycle time and almost half the number of managerial errors, with a significantly lower index of cognitive biases of managers. Pilot projects to improve interfaces and train managers have led to increased profitability, improved forecast accuracy, and reduced budget deviations, while regression analysis has revealed a significant negative impact of the cognitive bias index on profitability. It is concluded that the combination of digital transformation with human-oriented interface design and cognitive distortion management is an important reserve for improving the efficiency of agro-industrial enterprises.
В статье рассматриваются поведенческие аспекты принятия управленческих решений в цифровой среде. Цель исследования заключается в комплексной количественной оценке того, как уровень цифровизации управления и качество интерфейсов систем поддержки принятия решений связаны с частотой когнитивных искажений, точностью, скоростью и экономическими результатами управленческих решений. Эмпирическую базу составили данные 20 предприятий АПК с разным уровнем цифровизации за 2018-2024 гг., для которых рассчитаны показатели динамики прибыли, скорости управленческих реакций, числа ошибочных решений и интегральный индекс когнитивных искажений руководства. Дополнительно проведён лабораторный эксперимент с участием 30 специалистов, случайно распределённых между традиционным и оптимизированным интерфейсами системы поддержки решений, а также пилотное внедрение улучшенных интерфейсов и программ по снижению искажений на ряде предприятий. Применялись методы сравнительного и корреляционного анализа, t-критерий Стьюдента для независимых выборок, регрессионное моделирование влияния индекса когнитивных искажений и показателей цифровизации на рентабельность и рост прибыли. Результаты показали, что предприятия с высоким уровнем цифровизации демонстрируют более высокий среднегодовой прирост прибыли, меньшую длительность цикла принятия решений и почти вдвое меньшее число управленческих ошибок при существенно более низком индексе когнитивных искажений у руководителей. Пилотные проекты по улучшению интерфейсов и обучению менеджеров привели к росту рентабельности, повышению точности прогнозов и снижению отклонений от бюджета, а регрессионный анализ выявил значимое отрицательное влияние индекса когнитивных искажений на прибыльность. Сделан вывод, что сочетание цифровой трансформации с человеко-ориентированным дизайном интерфейсов и управлением когнитивными искажениями является важным резервом повышения эффективности агропромышленных предприятий.
