The paper presents the results of the analysis of the regulatory framework for ensuring technical re-equipment of the agro-industrial complex. The need to ensure technical and technological sovereignty of the agricultural sector of Russia is substantiated. The results of the analysis and systematization of the doctrinal and legislative bases for the implementation of programs for technical re-equipment of the agro-industrial complex are presented. The conditions and challenges for the effective development of the agro-industrial sector are identified.
В работе представлены результаты анализа нормативно-правовой базы обеспечения технического переоснащения АПК. Обоснована необходимость обеспечения технического и технологического суверенитета сельскохозяйственной отрасли России. Представлены результаты анализа и систематизации доктринальной и законодательной баз реализации программ технического переоснащения АПК. Обозначены условия и вызовы для эффективного развития агропромышленного сектора.
