The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the development of social (scientific and educational) infrastructure in rural areas of the Moscow Region with an emphasis on the objects and organizations of the agro-industrial and fisheries complexes, including scientific and educational clusters. The key objects of social scientific and educational infrastructure in various rural areas of the region, their impact on the socio-economic attractiveness and innovative development are analyzed. A unique example of the village of Rybnoye as an aqua-science town demonstrating the synergistic effect of interaction between science, education and production in the field of freshwater fish farming is studied. Recommendations are offered for harmonizing the development of social infrastructure, including the introduction of the digital village concept and strengthening the role of public-private partnership.
В статье проводится комплексный анализ развития социальной (научно-образовательной) инфраструктуры сельских территорий Московской области с акцентом на объекты и организации агропромышленного и рыбохозяйственного комплексов, в том числе научно-образовательные кластеры. Анализируются ключевые объекты социальной научно-образовательной инфраструктуры на различных сельских территориях региона, их влияние на социально-экономическую привлекательность и инновационное развитие. Исследуется уникальный пример поселка Рыбное как акванаукограда, демонстрирующего синергетический эффект взаимодействия науки, образования и производства в сфере пресноводного рыбоводства. Предлагаются рекомендации по гармонизации развития социальной инфраструктуры, включая внедрение концепции цифровой деревни и усиление роли государственно-частного партнерства
