In the context of the increasing sanctions attacks on Russia, expressed, in particular, in the restriction of access to global financial markets, the study of the potential of strategic adaptability of the agro-industrial sector of the economy of the regions, which forms the potential of the countryrsquo;s food security, is of particular interest. The purpose of this study is to develop and test methodological tools that reveal the possibilities of attracting foreign investment in the agro-industrial complex of the region as part of a multi-component task related to attracting foreign investment using modern financial and technical solutions. In this regard, the growing and actively developing Islamic finance industry in the world is attractive, transforming the processes of global capital movement. Based on the developed methodological tools, as well as methods of descriptive data analysis, the authors implemented an empirical assessment of the potential for attracting Islamic investment resources to the agro-industrial sector of the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan as part of the application of progressive fin-tech solutions based on blockchain technologies. The result of the study is the obtained prognostic estimates demonstrating the growth potential of investment activity in the agricultural sector of the regionrsquo;s economy with the activation of integration tools into the global ecosystem of Islamic finance based on the principles of blockchain.
В условиях усиливающихся санкционных атак на Россию, выраженных, в частности, в ограничении доступа к глобальным финансовым рынкам, особый интерес вызывает исследование потенциала стратегической адаптивности агропромышленного сектора экономики регионов, формирующего потенциал продовольственной безопасности страны. Целью настоящего исследования является разработка и апробация методического инструментария, раскрывающего возможности привлечения иностранных инвестиций в АПК региона в рамках выполнения многокомпонентной задачи, связанной с привлечением иностранных инвестиций, используя современные финтех-решения. В этом плане имеет привлекательность усиливающаяся и активно развивающаяся в мире индустрия исламских финансов, трансформирующая процессы движения глобального капитала. Опираясь на разработанный методический инструментарий, а также на методы дескриптивного анализа данных, авторы реализовали эмпирическую оценку потенциала привлечения исламских инвестиционных ресурсов в агропромышленный сектор экономики Республики Татарстан в рамках применения прогрессивных финтех-решений, основанных на блокчейн-технологиях. Результатом исследования являются полученные прогностические оценки, демонстрирующие потенциал роста инвестиционной активности в сельскохозяйственном секторе экономики региона при активизации инструментов интеграции в глобальную экосистему исламских финансов на принципах блокчейн.
