The results of this study aim to identify resources that contribute to the increase in fish product consumption in the internal market of the Republic of Buryatia. The article offers recommendations for potential collaboration between executive authorities to provide government support and regulation of the domestic market. The practical significance of this work lies in the potential application of the results obtained for the development of strategies aimed at addressing the task set by the Government of the Russian Federation to increase per capita fish consumption among the population.
Результаты данного исследования направлены на выявление ресурсов, способствующих увеличению потребления рыбных продуктов на внутреннем рынке Республики Бурятия. В статье предложены рекомендации по возможному взаимодействию органов власти с целью государственной поддержки и регулирования внутреннего рынка. Практическая значимость работы заключается в потенциале применения полученных результатов для разработки стратегий, направленных на решение задачи, поставленной Правительством Российской Федерации, по повышению среднедушевого потребления рыбной продукции населением.
