The article examines the importance of development institutions for the modernization of the agro-industrial complex in Russia. The research is based on a systematic approach and includes both theoretical analysis and empirical data obtained from various sources. An important objective of the article is to identify the key factors contributing to the effective operation of development institutions and their role in ensuring sustainable rural development. The authors have identified the main problems faced by development institutions and agribusiness. The study analyzed and evaluated the role of development institutions in the modernization of the agro-industrial complex, analyzed their impact on economic, social and environmental aspects, and identified key factors contributing to improving the effectiveness and sustainability of these institutions in the context of modern challenges. The main cause-and-effect relationships that contribute to improving the effectiveness and sustainability of development institutions in the face of modern challenges have been identified. The article provides an overview of the current state of development institutions, such as JSC Rosagroleasing and JSC Rosselkhozbank, and their role in supporting agriculture. Based on the analysis, recommendations are formulated to optimize the work of development institutions in order to achieve sustainable agricultural growth.
В статье рассматривается значимость институтов развития для модернизации агропромышленного комплекса (АПК) России. Исследование основано на системном подходе и включает как теоретический анализ, так и эмпирические данные, полученные из различных источников. Важной задачей статьи является определение ключевых факторов, способствующих эффективной работе институтов развития и их роли в обеспечении устойчивого развития сельских территорий. Авторами выявлены основные проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются институты развития и агробизнес. В ходе исследования проведен анализ и дана оценка роли институтов развития в модернизации агропромышленного комплекса, проанализировано их воздействие на экономические, социальные и экологические аспекты, а также определены ключевые факторы, способствующие повышению эффективности и устойчивости этих институтов в контексте современных вызовов. Выявлены основные причинно-следственные связи, способствующие повышению эффективности и устойчивости институтов развития в условиях современных вызовов. В статье проведен обзор текущего состояния институтов развития, таких как АО Росагролизинг и АО Россельхозбанк, и их роли в поддержке АПК. На основе проведенного анализа формулируются рекомендации для оптимизации работы институтов развития с целью достижения устойчивого роста АПК.
