The article substantiates the economic features of the domestic social sphere and abroad. A detailed analysis of the main problems of the functioning of the social sphere in rural areas is presented (deterioration of the technical and fire condition of facilities, complete absence or irregular bus service, aggravation of the demographic situation, higher unemployment compared to the city, low profitability of agricultural labor, etc.). A description of the current state and promising areas of development of the social infrastructure of rural areas is given.
В статье обосновываются экономические особенности социальной сферы в России и за рубежом. Представлен развернутый анализ основных проблем функционирования социальной сферы в сельской местности - ухудшение технического и противопожарного состояния объектов, полностью отсутствующее или нерегулярное автобусное сообщение, усугубление демографической ситуации, более высокий уровень безработицы по сравнению с городом, низкая доходность сельскохозяйственного труда и т.д. Дана характеристика современного состояния и перспективных направлений развития социальной инфраструктуры сельских территорий.
