The article considers problematic aspects related to the participation of consumer cooperation organizations and enterprises in the food supply system. The article analyzes the current situation in cooperative consumer societies, the prospects for their development, and reveals the factors affecting food supply. The paper reveals the distinctive features and peculiarities of consumer cooperation relations with agricultural producers, and provides an assessment of its activities in the formation of food resources. The role of personal subsidiary farms, peasant (farm) farms and individual entrepreneurs in food supply is reflected. The material and technical base of consumer cooperation in the field of procurement and processing of agricultural products is considered.
В статье рассмотрены проблемные аспекты, связанные с участием организаций и предприятий потребкооперации в системе продовольственного обеспечения страны. Анализируются ситуация в потребительских обществах, перспективы их развития, вскрываются факторы, влияющие на продовольственное обеспечение. Раскрываются отличительные черты и особенности отношений потребкооперации с сельхозтоваропроизводителями, дается оценка её деятельности в формировании продовольственных ресурсов. Отражена роль личных подсобных хозяйств населения, крестьянских (фермерских) хозяйств и индивидуальных предпринимателей в продовольственном обеспечении. Рассматривается материально-техническая база потребкооперации в сфере заготовок и переработки сельскохозяйственной продукции.
