The article analyzes the role of venture capital as a tool for financing innovations in the agro-industrial complex aimed at ensuring the technological sovereignty of the country. The current state of the Russian venture market in general and in the FoodTech segment in particular is considered. Systemic problems that hinder its development are identified. Based on the analysis of mechanisms, tools and sources of financing venture projects, optimal directions for the development of the venture mechanism in the system of relations associated with ensuring the technological sovereignty of the agro-industrial complex are determined. It is proposed to consider a network mechanism for ensuring technological sovereignty by forming nodal technological teams, based on existing agricultural production, to solve adaptation and rationalization problems. This mechanism will complement the existing system of support for large projects of technological sovereignty.
Статья посвящена анализу роли венчурного капитала как инструмента финансирования инноваций в агропромышленном комплексе, направленных на обеспечение технологического суверенитета страны. Рассматривается текущее состояние венчурного рынка России в целом и в сегменте FoodTech в частности. Определены системные проблемы, сдерживающие его развитие. На основе анализа механизмов, инструментов и источников финансирования венчурных проектов определяются оптимальные направления развития венчурного механизма в системе отношений связанных с обеспечением технологического суверенитета АПК. Предлагается рассмотреть сетевой механизм обеспечения технологического суверенитета посредством формирования узловых технологических команд на базе действующего аграрного производства для решения адаптационных и рационализаторских задач. Этот механизм будет дополнять существующую систему поддержки крупных проектов технологического суверенитета.
