The modern development of organizational and economic mechanisms of interaction between business entities of the agro-industrial complex in the context of institutional and sectoral changes is aimed at maintaining a stable position of the entire set of economic entities capable of constantly making profits while maintaining the level of efficiency of entrepreneurial activity in the long term. At the same time, in the context of the transformation of agrarian policy, stability of development is considered as a multifactorial phenomenon that allows for constant achievement of positive trends in the course of interaction between organizations, taking into account the prevailing relations between supply and demand within the boundaries of selected strategic positions. The balanced development of the regions will make it possible to achieve the set strategic goals for the development of economic sectors. The purpose of the study is to improve methodological solutions for assessing the level of socio-economic stability of domestic subjects of Russian Federation based on key indicators of economic activity of agricultural and food production organizations. During the calculation procedures, attention is focused on the capabilities of a wide range of open information and analytical systems that make it possible to comprehensively interpret socio-economic criteria and indicators, and their changes to the values of regulatory levels are often considered within the boundaries of an interval-point scale based on a rating assessment.
Современное развитие организационно-экономических механизмов взаимодействия хозяйствующих субъектов АПК в условиях институциональных и отраслевых изменений направлено на поддержание стабильного положения всей совокупности экономических субъектов, способных постоянно получать прибыль при не снижающемся уровне эффективности предпринимательской деятельности в долгосрочной перспективе. При этом в условиях трансформации аграрной политики стабильность развития рассматривается как многофакторное явление, позволяющее постоянно добиваться положительных тенденций в ходе взаимодействия организаций с учетом сложившихся соотношений между спросом и предложением в границах выбранных стратегических позиций. Сбалансированное развитие регионов позволяет достичь поставленных стратегических целей развития отраслей экономики. Цель исследования - усовершенствовать методические решения для оценки уровня социально-экономической стабильности субъектов Российской Федерации по ключевым показателям экономической деятельности предприятий сельскохозяйственного и пищевого производства. В ходе расчетных процедур внимание концентрируется на возможностях широкого спектра открытых информационно-аналитических систем, позволяющих всесторонне интерпретировать социально-экономические критерии и индикаторы, их отклонение от значений нормативных уровней рассматривается в границах интервально-балльной шкалы на основе рейтинговой оценки.
