The paper presents the results of a study conducted by the authors on the need to further increase labor productivity in the agricultural sector of the regional economy. The essence of agricultural labor productivity was clarified when considering it from the standpoint of the socio-economic category and the indicator of economic efficiency. The results of the implementation of the national project Productivity of Labor in the Bryansk region and measures within the framework of the new national project Effective and Competitive Economy are considered. In order to form the most advanced system of accounting for the results and costs of live labor, forecasting the dynamics of productivity, a justified system of its measurement at micro-, meso- and macro levels has been proposed. The analysis of the dynamics of direct and inverse indicators of labor productivity and its growth rates has been performed, and the reasons for their changes have been identified. The factors that can ensure stable growth of labor productivity in future periods have been identified. With the help of the EXCEL application package, forecast values of labor productivity for the short term are calculated.
В работе представлены результаты проводимого авторами исследования о необходимости дальнейшего повышения производительности труда в аграрной сфере экономики региона. Уточнена сущность производительности аграрного труда при рассмотрении её с позиции социально-экономической категории и показателя эффективности экономик. Рассмотрены итоги реализации в Брянской области национального проекта Производительность труда и мероприятия в рамках нового нацпроекта Эффективная и конкурентная экономика. С целью формирования наиболее совершенной системы учёта результатов и затрат живого труда, прогнозирования динамики производительности труда предложена обоснованная система её измерения на микро-, мезо- и макроуровне. Выполнен анализ динамики прямых и обратных показателей производительности труда и темпов её роста, выявлены причины их изменения. Установлены факторы, способные обеспечить стабильный рост производительности труда в будущих периодах. С помощью пакета прикладных программ EXCEL рассчитаны прогнозные значения производительности труда на краткосрочную перспективу.
