The existing problems of organizing beef cattle breeding severely limit the volume of products received, despite the availability of a large number of feed resources. The main reason is the shortage of young animals for intensive fattening. The article presents the results of modeling the production and rearing of calves under a cow in beef cattle breeding from the perspective of assessing the internal profitability of investments. The limited possibilities of intensive growth and development of breeding stock, as well as obtaining offspring from it, is considered the main factor determining the structure of the organization of the beef cattle industry. The transition to small-group grazing of breeding cows makes it possible to remove many limitations in improving the efficiency and sustainability of the industry, however, in order to build such a system, it is necessary to solve many other related tasks.
Существующие проблемы организации мясного скотоводства сильно ограничивают объемы получаемой продукции несмотря на наличие большого количества кормовых ресурсов. Основная проблема - нехватка молодняка для интенсивного откорма. В статье представлены результаты моделирования получения и выращивания телят под коровой в мясном скотоводстве с позиции оценки внутренней доходности вложенных в проект инвестиций. Ограниченность в возможностях интенсивного роста и развития маточного поголовья, а также получения от него приплода считается главным фактором, определяющим структуру организации мясного скотоводства. Переход на мелкогрупповое пастбищное содержание коров маточного поголовья позволяет убрать многие ограничения в повышении эффективности и устойчивости производства, однако для выстраивания такой системы необходимо решение многих других сопутствующих задач.
