Income and employment of the population in a market economy are determined, first of all, by the possibilities of producing competitive products in the territory of its settlement, that is, competitive space. The increasing biologization of economies due to the production of various types of bioproducts in other industries, except agriculture, creates a need for new bioproducts. This contributes to the expansion of the boundaries of competitive agro-space, an increase in employment on this basis not only in the agricultural sector, but also in other industries engaged in the processing of biomass produced in the agricultural sector. This article clarifies the main possible directions of the influence of bioeconomics on the socio-economic development of rural areas, income and employment of the rural population.
Доходы и занятость населения в рыночной экономике обусловлены прежде всего возможностями производства конкурентоспособной продукции на территории его расселения, то есть конкурентного пространства. Усиливающаяся биологизация экономики за счет производства различных видов биопродукции в других, помимо сельского хозяйства отраслях формирует потребности в новой биопродукции. Это способствует расширению границ конкурентного агропространства, увеличению на этой основе занятости населения не только в отрасли сельского хозяйства, но и в других отраслях, занимающихся переработкой биомассы, производимой в аграрном секторе. В настоящей статье уточняются основные возможные направления влияния биоэкономики на социально-экономическое развитие сельских территорий, доходы и занятость сельского населения.
