He article analyzes the world production of the most important types of agricultural products based on FAO data for 2009-2023. Based on the results of 2023, the authors compiled a rating of the twenty most significant categories, for each of which they calculated absolute and relative changes compared to the fact for 2009. It was found that only four out of twenty types of agricultural products were of animal origin, while the rest were of plant origin. For all twenty categories, the authors identified ten countries that were their main producers in 2023. It was concluded that China, the United States, and India are leaders in the production of most of the types of agricultural products included in the rating. Russia, Brazil, Indonesia, and Pakistan are among the leading countries in the production of about half of these categories. It was found that Russia significantly strengthened its position in 2023 in the production of these types of agricultural products (except potatoes) compared to 2009.
В статье на основе данных ФАО за 2009-2023 годы проведен анализ мирового производства наиболее важных видов сельскохозяйственной продукции. По итогам 2023 года авторы составили рейтинг из двадцати наиболее значимых ее категорий, по каждой из них рассчитали абсолютные и относительные изменения относительно факта за 2009 г. Установлено, что только четыре из этих двадцати видов сельскохозяйственной продукции были животного происхождения, остальные - растительного. По всем двадцати категориям авторы выявили по десять стран, являвшихся в 2023 году их главными производителями. Был сделан вывод, что КНР, США и Индия лидируют по производству большинства из попавших в рейтинг видов сельскохозяйственной продукции. Россия, Бразилия, Индонезия и Пакистан находятся среди передовых стран по производству примерно половины из этих категорий продукции. Установлено, что Россия существенно усилила свои позиции в 2023 году по производству данных видов сельскохозяйственной продукции (за исключением картофеля) по сравнению с 2009 годом.
