The cooperative societies of the Central Union of Russia during the Soviet period of our countryrsquo;s development were of high importance in the infrastructural interaction between the city and the countryside. A large number of objects of the property complex of these organizations were located and used in rural areas. The relevance of assessing the current state and development of the societies of the Central Union is determined by the practical needs of small business structures in rural areas in existing mechanisms for cooperating their efforts to improve the efficiency of economic activity. The article provides an analysis of statistical data on the dynamics of the number and structure of various societies of the Central Union of Russia, their shareholders, the financial results of various types of statutory activities, the availability and degree of use of production resources. The analysis showed that the potential of the modern consumer cooperation of the Central Union of Russia in solving urgent and promising state tasks in the agricultural sector is significantly underestimated. The author presents the directions of increasing the efficiency of using the available opportunities of the studied cooperative structure by combining its efforts with other types of cooperative formations operating in rural areas.
Кооперативные общества Центросоюза России в советский период развития нашей страны имели высокую значимость в инфраструктурном взаимодействии города и деревни. Большая численность объектов имущественного комплекса данных организаций располагалась и использовалась в сельской местности. Актуальность оценки современного состояния и развития обществ Центросоюза обусловлена практическими запросами малых предпринимательских структур на селе в действующих механизмах кооперирования их усилий для повышения эффективности хозяйственной деятельности. В статье приведен анализ статистических данных по динамике численности и структуры различных обществ Центросоюза России, их пайщиков, финансовых результатов различных видов уставной деятельности, наличия и степени использования производственных ресурсов. Анализ показал, что потенциал современной потребительской кооперации Центросоюза России в решении актуальных и перспективных государственных задач в аграрной сфере существенно недооценён. Автором представлены направления повышения эффективности использования имеющихся возможностей изучаемой кооперативной структуры через объединение ее усилий с другими видами кооперативных формирований, осуществляющих свою деятельность на селе.
