The development of agricultural and processing enterprises is a key area of ensuring Russiarsquo;s food security. The success of the implementation of government programs for the development of agriculture depends on the attitude of employees to innovative transformations in the industry. The purpose of the study is to identify the relationship between the personality traits of agricultural workers and their attitude to the development of agricultural enterprises and the processing industry. An anonymous survey of 112 employees of agricultural enterprises was conducted using the authorrsquo;s questionnaire of attitudes to the development of agricultural enterprises, the method of locus of control by J. Rotter and the BIG FIVE INVENTORY questionnaire-2. It was revealed that 51.8% of employees demonstrate an indifferent attitude to the development of agricultural enterprises, 28.6% - positive, 19.6% - negative. Factor analysis showed that negative and indifferent attitudes are associated with a high external and low internal locus of control. A positive attitude is determined by two factors: ability to control professional activity (internality, low neuroticism, openness to experience) and social cooperativeness (benevolence). Hypotheses about the relationship between attitudes to the development of agricultural enterprises and the locus of control and neuroticism have been confirmed. The results make it possible to form targeted programs to increase staff readiness for innovative transformations in the agro-industrial complex.
Развитие сельскохозяйственных и перерабатывающих предприятий является ключевым направлением обеспечения продовольственной безопасности России. Успешность реализации государственных программ развития АПК зависит от отношения работников к инновационным преобразованиям в отрасли. Цель исследования: выявление связи между личностными чертами работников СХПП и их отношением к развитию предприятий сельского хозяйства и перерабатывающей промышленности. Проведён анонимный опрос 112 работников предприятий АПК с использованием авторского опросника отношения к развитию СХПП, методики локуса контроля Дж. Роттера и опросника BIG FIVE INVENTORY-2. Выявлено, что 51,8% работников демонстрируют безразличное отношение к развитию СХПП, 28,6% - положительное, 19,6% - отрицательное. Факторный анализ показал, что отрицательное и безразличное отношение связано с высоким экстернальным и низким интернальным локусом контроля. Положительное отношение определяется двумя факторами: способностью контролировать профессиональную деятельность (интернальность, низкий нейротизм, открытость опыту) и социальной кооперативностью (доброжелательность). Подтверждены гипотезы о связи отношения к развитию СХПП с локусом контроля и нейротизмом. Результаты позволяют формировать целевые программы повышения готовности персонала к инновационным преобразованиям в АПК.
