The article assesses the condition of agricultural lands in the regions of the Ural Federal District, examines and analyzes the structure of such territories. Based on statistical data, the dynamics of agricultural production territories in the regions of the Ural Federal District for 2019-2023 was analyzed. The authors noted that effective and rational use of agricultural land is possible only with active state support. The largest areas of agricultural land are observed in the Chelyabinsk region, and the Kurgan region and the Chelyabinsk region are leaders in sowing grain and leguminous crops. The authors analyzed the regulatory framework governing the policy of efficient use of agricultural land in the regions of the Ural Federal District, presented the types of subsidies developed and provided by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation in 2024 to the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the field of state support for the efficient use of agricultural land. An analysis of the provision of such subsidies to the regions of the Urals Federal District was carried out, and the corresponding conclusions were formulated. The main emphasis is placed on modern methods and ways of providing state support to farmers, in particular, the use of digital and intelligent technologies.
В статье проведена оценка состояния сельскохозяйственных земель областей Уральского федерального округа, рассмотрена и проанализирована структура таких территорий. На основе статистических данных была проанализирована динамика территорий сельскохозяйственного производства в областях Уральского федерального округа за 2019-2023 гг. Авторами отмечено, что эффективное и рациональное использование сельскохозяйственных земель возможно только при активной поддержке государства. Наибольшие площади сельскохозяйственных угодий имеются в Челябинской области, а Курганская область и Челябинская области лидируют по посевам зерновых и зернобобовых культур. Авторами проанализирована нормативно-правовая база, регламентирующая политику эффективного использования сельскохозяйственных земель в регионах Уральского федерального округа, представлены виды субсидий, разработанные и предоставляемые Министерством сельского хозяйства РФ в 2024 году субъектам РФ в области государственной поддержки эффективного использования сельхозугодий. Проведен анализ предоставления таких субсидий регионам УрФО, сформулированы соответствующие выводы. Основной акцент сделан на современных методах и способах оказания государственной поддержки аграриям, в частности, на применении цифровых и интеллектуальных технологий.
