The rural economy produces not only goods and services in demand on the market, which are taken into account when determining its economic efficiency, but also a number of other material and spiritual values that are not integrated into the system of trade relations. A list of public goods produced by the rural economy is formulated, demonstrating its unique role in meeting the diverse needs of people and preserving the environment. The process of turning a free public good into a commodity is presented, in which the labor applied to the good is the catalyst for this transformation. The necessity of introducing the concept of ldquo;cost-estimated efficiencyrdquo;, which takes into account economic indicators and the value of free goods, is substantiated, and a formula for its definition is proposed. It is concluded that it is imperative to take into account the totality of public goods produced by the rural economy when assessing its effectiveness.
Сельская экономика производит не только востребованные на рынке товары и услуги, учитываемые при определении её экономической эффективности, но и ряд других материальных и духовных ценностей, не встроенных в систему торговых отношений. Сформулирован перечень производимых сельской экономикой общественных благ, демонстрирующий её уникальную роль в обеспечении разнообразных потребностей людей и сохранении окружающей среды. Представлен процесс превращения бесплатного общественного блага в товар, в котором катализатором этой трансформации является приложенный к благу труд. Обоснована необходимость введения понятия стоимостно-оценочная эффективность, которая учитывает экономические показатели и ценность бесплатных благ, и предложена формула для её определения. Делается вывод об обязательности учёта производимой сельской экономикой совокупности общественных благ при оценке её эффективности.
